Veon Ecology was engaged to undertake a peatland survey in Dalwhinnie in Scotland. The objective of the peatland survey was to provide the client with a baseline for peatland restoration for Carbon credits.
The first picture is round-leaved sundew (Drosera rotundifolia) which is a carnivorous plant, and the second photo is of a fruiting lichen (Cladonia spp.).
